Strict adherence within the limits of safety and performance is required. ACFT not landing at Waterkloof are not permitted to overfly built up areas below 1000' AGL.
1.1.1 Rapid changes in engine power should be avoided.
1.1.2 Heavy category ACFT commanders are permitted to select the RWY for arrivals and departures.
1.1.3 Bad weather circuits (500') may be flown in IMC or two per training/rating sortie.
