Aircraft routing to/from FARB airspace to contact ATC prior to departure/entering controlled airspace. IFR Departures and all helicopters to call ATC for start. All VFR Traffic Operators coastwise to exercise caution and to monitor on all appropriate FREQ GND/1000 FT MSL.

DEEMED SEPARATION BETWEEN VFR AND IFR AIRCRAFT ROUTING
Deemed separation between all VFR aircraft routing/transiting
a) Seawards of the coastline within the ATZ at 500 FT AGL.
b) West of the N2 highway within the ATZ at 1500 FT AGL or below and all IFR traffic established inbound to either RWY 05/23 at 2000 FT ALT or below, or when on departure maintaining RWY track off either RWY 05/23 to 2000 FT ALT prior to commencing the respective turn in the direction of the next fix/point as per Flight plan concerned.
