Procedures for IFR flights within FAKN TMA
1) All circuit traffic at FAKN to be conducted to the east of the RWY 05/23 at 4000 FT ALT.
Remarks
These clearances shall only be valid during daylight and VMC operations.
IFR/IFR separations
1) Traffic departing RWY 05, that is established on track WIV and has passed 15 DME PKI, is deemed separatedwIth traffic established in the hold at PK, for the NDB/DME/ILS only, or has commenced the approach for the NDB/DME/ILS approach on RWY 05
2) Traffic departing RWY 05, that is established on track WIV and has passed 15 DME PKI, is deemed separated with traffic established on the localizer or is inbound to the PK NDB from VMS or ITMIX direction.
Procedure within FAKN CTR
All aircraft intending to depart from unmanned airfield or airstrip inside the CTR, are to establish 2 way communications with FAKN ATC on frequency 119.20 MHz before take-off, alternatively contact the ATC on
